1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PostToSource ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PostToSource converts publicly available social media content into PDF documents for personal use with AI tools. We extract content from public URLs you provide and generate downloadable or hosted PDF files.

3. Personal-Use Conversion

The Service converts individual, publicly accessible web pages and posts that you are authorized to access into alternative formats (including Markdown and PDF) for your personal reference, note-taking, research, or interoperability with your own software. You represent that you are authorized to submit any URL you provide. You may not use the Service to circumvent paywalls, authentication requirements, or other access controls; to archive, scrape, mirror, or systematically reproduce websites or online services; to republish converted content; or to create datasets or train machine-learning models using converted content in violation of applicable rights. Converted content is processed solely to provide the requested conversion and is not retained longer than reasonably necessary to deliver the requested output and operate the Service.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to scrape private content, violate copyright, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
